Before you book, please note:

- Your setup and cleanup time must fit within your scheduled booking — plan your booking length to include both, not just your shoot.

- You must leave the space exactly as you found it for the next guest. A $100 cleanup fee applies if the space isn't left clean and reset.

- You must be out by the end of your booking, even if you're not finished — another client may be scheduled right after you.

- You're responsible for the cost of any damage caused to equipment or the space during your booking.

- If you arrive and notice existing damage or mess from a previous booking, message us with photos right away — this protects you from being held responsible for something you didn't cause.

- Cancellations require 24 hours' notice — late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

- Alcohol is not permitted at either location.

- A valid credit card must be kept on file for all bookings.
